One of the best coastal drives in Tasmania, the Cradle Coastline has some of the most stunning and memorable scenic spots to visit. The route is via the main coastline highway, and all destinations listed below can be achieved in a day.

 Starting near Devonport at Lillico Straight - Fairy Penguin Observation Lookout - the drive takes you up to Stanley and the Nut, with stop-offs along the way. The different travel destinations along the way are in geographical order along the coast, starting near Devonport.

 

Travellers can either base themselves near Devonport and spend to a day exploring the locations below and return or stay in Stanley or nearby before continuing on to the West Coast region
